About the role

Join our dynamic sales team at Spectrum Edge Sdn Bhd as an Inside Sales Admin. In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will provide essential administrative support to our sales professionals, ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations. With your exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, you will be an integral part of our sales success.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare quotation to client and follow up on the closing dates. Liaise with clients and internal colleagues to address inquiries and resolve issues
2. Assist with the preparation of sales report whenever the superior needed
3. Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
5. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
6. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
7. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin & Cantonese-speaking customers
