Inside Sales & Customer Experience Specialist

• Offer products and full solutions to customers via the phone to achieve specific Sales targets
• Responsible for daily phone calls, formal visits, and relationship maintenance with assigned customers
• Collect and analyze market data, understand competitor situations, and regularly provide feedback to the Inside Sales Manager and Country Sales Manager
• Coordinate internal company resources to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree

Work related experience: 3+ years of sales or customer service experience

• Presentation skills
• Communication skills

IT Skills/software

• Proficient in MS Office and other office software
• Familiar with SAP SD module operation

Language: Native in Thai, Proficient in English, 3rd language Chinese will provide an advantage
