We are seeking full-time team members who demonstrate strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and/or make outbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving questions or concerns.
• Document customer interactions using company CRM.
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude during every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Moderate level computer and typing skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required—we provide paid training!
• Excellent reading, writing, and organizational skills are helpful for those who wish to move up to management and higher positions.
• Previous IT or legal experience is a plus.
