Inside Sales Coordinators – Stock & Non-Stock

KKD Marine & Industrial Supplies is hiring two Inside Sales Coordinators to support our Stock and Non-Stock sales teams.

1. Inside Sales Coordinator – Stock

Qualification: Any graduate. Engineering degree not required.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries for stock products.
• Prepare and send quotations.
• Check stock availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Follow up on quotations and customer orders.
• Coordinate with the stores, purchasing and dispatch teams.
• Maintain accurate enquiry, quotation and order records.

We’re looking for: Strong communication and follow-up skills, attention to detail, and confidence using email and spreadsheets. Sales coordination or customer service experience is an advantage.

2. Inside Sales Coordinator – Non-Stock / RFQ

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Review customer RFQs, technical descriptions and specifications.
• Identify suitable products, brands, part numbers and suppliers.
• Send enquiries to suppliers and compare quotations.
• Prepare customer quotations with pricing and delivery information.
• Clarify technical details with customers and suppliers.
• Track open RFQs and follow up through to order placement.

We’re looking for: A technically minded, organised candidate with clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries. Experience in industrial, engineering or oilfield procurement/sales is an advantage.

• Strong written and spoken English
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and email
• Reliable follow-up and record-keeping
• Customer-focused approach
