Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, chat, and email regarding hosting plans, domains, and related services.
✅ Proactively follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable hosting solutions, including Shared, VPS, Dedicated, Cloud, and Reseller Hosting.
✅ Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
✅ Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information with prospective customers.
✅ Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
✅ Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.
✅ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base.
✅ Stay updated on MilesWeb's products, pricing, and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions.
✅ Build long-term customer relationships to encourage renewals, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
✔ Experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, or the Web Hosting industry is preferred.
✔ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
