Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification

• Engage with inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting
• Identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities based on fit
• Maintain and update CRM with prospect data and call logs

Product Pitch & Demos

• Understand customer pain points and map them to product features
• Deliver tailored sales pitches and conduct virtual demos
• Follow up promptly and handle objections effectively

Pipeline & Sales Process Management

• Manage a structured sales funnel and meet conversion targets
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to nurture leads
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and commercial documents

Relationship Management

• Build rapport with prospects and maintain a strong follow-up routine
• Schedule and lead meetings with prospective clients
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions post-sale

Reporting & Analysis

• Track KPIs like leads touched, demo bookings, conversions
• Share weekly/monthly reports with leadership
• Analyze feedback to improve sales scripts and approach

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SaaS / Travel / B2B platforms
• Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills
