Inside Sales Associate

Golden Key Group is looking for a dependable, confident, and motivated Inside Sales Associate to support our growing real estate brokerage.

This role will focus on outbound calling to real estate agents, identifying their level of interest, qualifying potential candidates, and scheduling appointments for our leadership team and Novi partners to meet with them and discuss opportunities with Golden Key Group.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to real estate agents
• Introduce Golden Key Group and identify potential interest in learning more about the brokerage
• Qualify agents based on their interest and current situation
• Schedule recruiting appointments for qualified agents with leadership and brokerage partners
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up information
• Follow up with agents when needed
• Consistently work toward appointment-setting and recruiting goals
• Communicate regularly with the leadership team regarding scheduled appointments and lead activity

Qualifications

• Dependable and consistent
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day
• Organized and able to manage follow-ups
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Previous sales, recruiting, telemarketing, customer service, or appointment-setting experience is preferred but not required
• Real estate experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

• Must be available to work from the office at least 3 days per week
• Schedule and hours can be discussed during the interview process

Compensation

• $16 per hour
• $300 bonus for every agent who joins Golden Key Group as a result of appointments generated by the Inside Sales Associate

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
