Duties

• Estimating via email outreach.
• Manage existing accounts by nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients while meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Utilize sales management systems
• Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and personalized service to foster long-term loyalty

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, technical sales, or inside sales roles
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, deal closing, and achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent client communication abilities
• Knowledge of sales processes including upselling, customer service, and deal negotiation strategies
• Ability to analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
