Inside Sales Associate

Role Description The Sales Associate role at Learners Point is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.

• Engage prospective learners and corporate clients, explain training programs and services, and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting needs assessments, presenting suitable course options, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• The role involves achieving individual and team sales targets, following up on leads, coordinating with training and operations teams, and supporting promotional events and campaigns.
• The Sales Associate will also contribute to building long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service and post-enrollment support.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse clients.
• Customer service and relationship management skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
• Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and comfort with digital communication platforms.
• Prior experience in education, training, or service-based sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
