Role Overview

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up with leads, and support the onboarding process. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in sales or customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Follow up with prospective clients and leads
• Maintain and update lead details in internal systems
• Support client onboarding activities
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed Maintain follow-up records and basic reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer support
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
• Good communication skills in English Must be willing to work from the Koramangala office
