Inside Sales Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through calls and other communication channels to understand their requirements.
• Understand customer preferences, recommend suitable products or services, and provide a personalized buying experience.
• Build strong customer relationships through consultative and relationship-driven selling.
• Handle premium and high-value customers with confidence and professionalism.
• Manage customer queries, follow-ups, objections, and negotiations to drive sales conversions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate customer records and consistently follow up with prospective customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confident, presentable, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with premium customers and handling high-value transactions.
• Candidates with experience in Luxury Retail, Jewellery, Real Estate, Wellness, Premium Services, or High-Ticket Sales will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication, a sales-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the Gurgaon office and with roster-based or evening shifts.
• Delhi NCR candidates preferred, especially those comfortable commuting to Gurgaon.
