Job Description

The Inside Sales Associate plays an important role in providing excellent customer service primarily through our inside sales department. Daily responsibilities include communicating with our customer base in-person at the sales counter, over the phone and online. Additionally, the Inside Sales Associate will help with merchandising, will call for customers and utilize our ERP system for ordering/quoting, credits and inventory management.

We are looking for a dynamic personal who can handle a fast-paced exciting HVAC environment. The ideal candidate will display outstanding customer service skills, accuracy & professionalism, good attention to detail and the ability to thrive in our team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• HVAC Knowledge/Experience: 2 years (Required)
