We are hiring for Inside Sales Assoiciate and Here's what we're looking for in an ideal candidate:

• As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts.
• Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential customers, build.
• relationships, and convert leads into sales. Youll work closely with our dynamic sales team.
• to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads list.

2. Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and determining if they meet the criteria for

our ideal customer profile.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and leading qualification

activities in the CRM system.

4. Provide detailed and concise lead information to senior sales executives, ensuring a

smooth handoff for further sales engagement.

5. Follow up with prospects as required to gather additional information or address any

queries.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to position our offerings effectively.
