Inside Sales Associte

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or any related course.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience in the Instrumentation and Automation industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Manufacturing, Energy, Renewable Energy, or Oil & Gas industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up on quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and order status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Assist the Sales Team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
• Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities through customer engagement and follow-up.
