Job Summary

we are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven fresh graduates to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business development. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training and exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, digital marketing, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Build and maintain a prospect database and ensure accurate CRM records (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive lead generation and business growth.

Preferred Candidate

• MBA specializing in Sales & Marketing.
• MBA freshers are encouraged to apply.
• 0-3 years of experience in Inside Sales is preferred.
• Experience in US Inside Sales will be an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
