Position : Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Assist Sales Managers in preparing professional quotations, product presentations, and essential sales documentation.
• Sales Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile, analyze, and present accurate monthly sales reports.
• Coordination: Acting as a liaison between customers, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and excellent service.
• Client Relations: Handle initial inquiries from clients and provide accurate, basic product information.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1-3 years of experience in a sales support/sales coordinator role.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is required.

Special Consideration: Candidates with Japanese proficiency equivalent to Level N3 or higher will be prioritized.

• Computer Literacy: Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for professional sales reporting (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Up to THB18,000-25,000 (Depending on experience and skills).
