Role Summary

We are seeking a Live Chat Support Agent with 3-5 years of experience in customer support and booking operations within the transportation or travel domain, specifically in bus and car charter services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling real-time customer interactions through live chat and digital channels, assisting with bookings, pricing, modifications, and general inquiries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through live chat and digital support channels.
• Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, modifications, and trip-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on vehicles, routes, pricing, and company policies.
• Manage end-to-end booking and pricing support activities.
• Identify and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.
• Adhere to established SOPs while meeting SLA and KPI targets.

Mandatory Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in customer support, booking operations, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience in B2C bus or car charter services.
• Strong understanding of booking workflows, pricing structures, and transportation/travel operations.
• Excellent upselling, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
• Fluent in US English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of empathy, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

• CRM and ticketing systems
• Booking and reservation platforms
• Live chat and email support tools
• Call handling and VoIP tools
• MS Office and Google Workspace

Automation & Workflow Knowledge

• Basic understanding of automation tools such as Power Automate or similar platforms.
• Ability to streamline repetitive support activities, including ticket updates, email triggers, and data entry.
• Exposure to workflow automation within customer support environments.
• Understanding of tool integrations to improve process efficiency and operational productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers through multiple channels (chat, email, voice, social media).
• Experience working in 24/7 or rotational shift environments.
