Inside sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns related to insurance policies.
• Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and other performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on product offerings.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in inside sales or telesales environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in handling inbound calls, resolving customer complaints, and providing effective solutions.
