What they need
JOBDESK :
bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mengelola siklus penjualan dari kantor, berfokus pada kualifikasi leads yang masuk dari marketing, dan secara aktif menggunakan komunikasi jarak jauh (telepon, email, dan video conference) untuk melakukan presentasi produk, negosiasi, dan penutupan transaksi (closing). Tugas utama meliputi pemeliharaan data di sistem CRM secara akurat, memastikan pencapaian target penjualan bulanan, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim marketing dan field sales untuk efektivitas pipeline penjualan.
KUALIFIKASI :
- Memiliki keterampilan komputer Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Memiliki minat kuat untuk mencapai target
- Melakukan kunjungan (Canvassing)
- Bersedia bekerja full Work From Office (WFO)
