What they need
We are looking for someone who can join our growing company. Must have excellent customer service skills to work the front counter, take phone orders, quotes, customer follow up. Bilingual is a plus, pre-employment drug screen is required.
Responsibilities
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Working front counter sales and taking orders over the phone
- Calling customers when orders are complete and ready for pick up or delivery
- Order follow through
- Handling and filing loading tickets
- Scanning in all daily work and loading tickets
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Basic office upkeep
Skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
