Inside Sales

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Setting sales target, goals and developing sales strategies.

2.Researching prospects and generating leads.

3.Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by

email, and in person.

4.Handling customer queries, inquiries, and complaints.

5.Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

6.Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

7.Participating in sales team meetings.

8.Conducting Sales Order Meeting

9.Preparing and scanning of billings

10.Filing of billing invoices and statement of account

11.Ensures projects, service and good sold are billed.

12.Encoding and Maintaining of Quick books online.

13.Encoding Quotations & Billings.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

 Proven experience as technician or relevant role.

 Proficiency in English

 Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

 Hands on experience with CRM software is a plus

 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

 Fast learner and passion for sales

 Self-motivated with a result driven approach
