A Manufacturing company in the Houston, Texas area is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to develop, maintain and interact primarily utilizing the phones and other forms of electronic communication with a broad scope of new and existing customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter sales orders in Peachtree
• Respond to customer calls and needs
• Increase sales of products and/or services, including performing market and client research
• Develop sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability
• Administrate duties(assist in order and ticket pulling as needed for customer shipment; inventory and monitoring products)
• Ensure reporting and communication are frequent and bi-directional
• Provide support that is successful and exceeds customer satisfaction, as well as support to the marketing department with various projects

Education and/or Qualification:

• 3-5 years Sales/customer service experience required
• Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience a plus
• Knowledge of Peachtree is a plus
• Communication Proficiency
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
