INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales and technical support to new and existing customers.
• Provide trade and administrative support within Sales department.
• Maintain good customer business relationship.
• Provide support to Outside Sales Team and work closely to achieve the sales target.
• Handle sales enquiries and prepare quotations in the timely manner.
• Monitor and update status of sales quotes and proposals.
• Process Purchase Order.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE or Diploma in Engineering or Business related discipline.
• Knowledge of mechanical instrumentation & controls will be advantageous.
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Committed and a good team player.
