Inside Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to outbound & inbound calls, emails, chats, and web inquiries from potential customers.
• Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, requirements, orders, and updates.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and other required documentation.
• Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, payments, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, estimation, production, and accounts for smooth order processing.
• Maintain customer records, quotations, orders, and follow-up details.
• Provide timely updates to customers and ensure smooth communication until order completion.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Inside sales: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)
