Inside Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales function through effective coordination of quotations, order processing, logistics, and documentation. This role ensures timely and accurate execution of sales activities, while maintaining strong communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support project delivery.

Technical Competencies

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Business Central) is an advantage
4. Positive work attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit sales quotations and tender documents in accordance with client requirements and timelines
• Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately using Microsoft Business Central
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to follow up on order status and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate and expedite delivery schedules with suppliers
• Arrange import and export shipments in compliance with applicable procedures
• Prepare shipment, delivery, and related logistics documentation
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project delivery status reports to customers
• Generate and issue all required documentation to support invoicing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and sales documentation records
• Issue invoices to clients/end-users in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide general sales administrative support to the team
• Assist in vendor pre-qualification processes when required
• Perform ad-hoc duties and provide additional sales-related support as assigned by the Reporting Manager
