Headquartered in McPherson, Kansas, McPherson Concrete Companies include Wichita Concrete Pipe, Inc., McPherson Concrete Products, Inc., McPherson Concrete Storage Systems, Inc., and DFW Concrete Products. Together, we provide precast and prestressed concrete products and storage systems to customers across the region. We are looking for an Inside Sales & Dispatch Coordinator to support customer sales, order processing, and delivery coordination at our DFW Concrete Products location in Cleburne, Texas.

Position Summary

This hybrid role combines inside sales and dispatch responsibilities, helping ensure customers receive accurate quotes, timely communication, and reliable deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a growing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Enter customer orders and maintain accurate sales and order records.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding product availability, production schedules, and order status.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate company drivers, yard personnel, and outside haulers.
• Prepare sales and delivery documentation and communicate delivery requirements.
• Assist with inventory tracking, production reporting, and other operational duties as needed.

Required

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, dispatching, or logistics preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software.
• Experience with sales quoting, order entry, or delivery scheduling is a plus.
• Ability to read construction plans or specifications is preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and perform physical activities associated with dispatching duties.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.
• Overtime or extended hours may be required based on production needs.
