Job Description

SAMSAN Technische Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Inside Sales / Sales Engineer to support business development across Automotive, Mobility, Embedded Software, Digital Cockpit, AI/ML, GenAI, Cloud, IoT, and Engineering R&D services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
• Research OEMs, Tier-1s, product companies, and technology organizations.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
• Manage prospect follow-ups and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Support proposals, presentations, quotations, and customer meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience in Automotive, Embedded, IT/Technology, ER&D, SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud, or IoT is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Strong interest in technology and ability to understand technical solutions.
• Experience with LinkedIn, CRM, lead-generation tools, and B2B sales is an advantage.
