Inside Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Promote and sell Hydraulic Power Packs, Manifolds, valves, pumps and related hydraulic solutions
• Generate new enquiries and develop business from OEMs, system integrators, and end users
• Handle technical discussions with customers, understand applications, and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers, quotations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with design, production, and purchase teams for order execution
• Visit customers regularly and maintain strong long-term relationships
• Track enquiries, orders, and market feedback
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Support marketing activities such as product promotion, brochures, and exhibitions if required

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking to hire a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer with proven experience in hydraulic power packs, manifolds, pumps & valves. The candidate will be responsible for business development, technical sales, customer engagement, and generating enquiries across various industries.

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

• 2 to 5 years of experience in hydraulic power pack Sales & Marketing

• Prior experience in in-house manufactured hydraulic products

• Existing customer base or industry contacts (added advantage)

• Exposure to customer support preferred
