What they need
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries through telephone, email, and other communication channels.
Support the sales team in customer coordination, appointment scheduling, followups, and sales activities.
Understand customer technical requirements and identify suitable products, solutions, and specifications in coordination with suppliers and manufacturers.
Obtain product details, technical specifications, availability, delivery schedules, and pricing from suppliers.
Prepare accurate and professional technical and commercial quotations/offers based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with customers and suppliers to clarify technical, commercial, and delivery-related requirements
Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech /BCA( Arts and Science) in: o Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) o Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) o Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (E&I) o Instrumentation Engineering or related engineering disciplines
• Experience: 02 years
Fresh graduates with good technical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: 1,80,000 – 2,50,000 per annum
