Inside Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including prospecting, demo creation, proposal building, and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication (calls, emails, meetings) to identify their needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Marketing) to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
• Meet monthly/quarterly targets set by management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or related field (preferably in IT industry).
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Arch/B.Tech/B.E.).
• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM/SaaS products; ability to learn quickly about new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction; proficiency in English language.
