After enquiry PLC, DCS study.
Schematic and datasheet preparation
Customer interaction from the technical front and datasheet approval.
Bill of Material creation in ERP system.
New development prototype testing and document creation.
Production training and provide testing guidelines.
Purchase order checking and suggest the correct part number.
Old design data generation and submission to the production team after the compiling process.
Help with the raw material testing to the inward quality check department if needed.
Training the sales team for new as well as existing enquiries.
Updating all the enquiry-related data in the CRM.
Application understanding and providing customized solutions to the customers.
Resolve all the old Gerber-related issues at the vendor s end.
Alternate make suggestion to the sourcing dept.
Discuss with the outsource partners for outsourcing material for new enquiries.
