About the role

What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and stock management
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive in-store experience
• Maintain a clean and organised retail environment
• Assist with product merchandising and displays
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
