Role Summary

We are hiring an Inside Sales & Retention Executive to drive upselling, cross-selling, repeat purchases, and customer experience across D2C and marketplace customers.
This is a revenue-focused role, not a support role.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Upsell & cross-sell products based on skin concerns, motherhood stage & baby needs
• Drive repeat orders, refills, and bundle purchases
• Handle first-order follow-ups, reorder reminders & retention journeys
• Convert inbound leads and abandoned carts
• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve queries
• Maintain CRM data and track daily performance

Key KPIs

• Repeat purchase rate
• Upsell & cross-sell conversions
• AOV (Average Order Value)
• Revenue from retention
• Customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years in inside sales / retention (skincare, beauty, wellness, baby care)

• Strong upselling & objection-handling skills

• Experience with CRM, WhatsApp, and calling

• Good communication (English & Hindi)
