What You'll Do
Onboard &Activate

Guide transporters through account creation and profile completion, step by step Engage and energize our community of 1,400+ LSPs and transporters — driving active participation and platform adoption
Ensure a smooth and complete onboarding journey for every new sign-up
Proactively follow up to keep onboarding moving and minimize drop-offs
Leadproduct demonstrations that convert interest into conviction

Bring in NewSign-ups
Actively reach out to prospective transporters to bring them onto the LoRRI platform
Pitch the value of LoRRI clearly and convert interest into completed sign-ups
Own and consistently hit sign-up targets as a core part of the role

Support & Resolve
Handle transporter queries over calls and other communication channels with patience and clarity
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them quickly
Ensure every transporter interaction reflects the quality and care LogisticsNow stands for

OwnRenewals&Retention
Takefull ownership of renewals across your portfolio — build renewal plans months in advance, negotiate confidently, and close on time
Monitoraccount health through usage, engagement, and satisfaction signals — intervene early, before risk becomes churn
Run structured Quarterly Business Reviews that demonstrate delivered value and set the agenda for deeper partnership
Identify expansion opportunities — upsell, cross-sell, and referrals — and grow revenue from within your accounts
TrackNPSandCSATrigorously, and convert feedback into measurable retention outcomes

What YouBring
Minimum 1year of experiencein Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, BPO, Tele-sales, or a similar customer-facing role
Strongverbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch confidently, explain things clearly, and handle queries over calls
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment while maintaining service quality Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills — you stay calm and solution-focused, even when a call gets tricky
Basic comfort with computers and using online tools/platforms for day-to-day work
