Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview

• We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to support our business development efforts.
• The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining Rakshams value proposition, scheduling demos, and following up with leads to support closures.
• This position is ideal for candidates who are energetic, target-driven, and eager to learn sales in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers Introduce Raksham and explain product benefits clearly Fix product demo appointments Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication Maintain basic records of leads and conversations Coordinate with the sales/founder team on prospects and closures

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fresher or 0-1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles Good communication skills in English and Hindi Confidence in speaking with prospects over the phone Strong willingness to learn and grow Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.
