Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, understanding their business requirements, and converting opportunities into successful sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
• Understand client requirements and explain company services effectively.
• Schedule meetings/consultations between prospects and the sales team.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
• Maintain a proper database of prospects and update CRM records.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Business Development.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
