Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and run targeted outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
• Qualify leads quickly using a structured qualification framework (BANT or MEDDICC-lite).
• Book and conduct discovery calls and product demos.
• Manage opportunities through the CRM keep pipeline updated, log activities, and follow call cadences.
• Work closely with Senior Management to progress and close deals handoffs and escalation when needed.
• Achieve weekly/monthly activity and outcome KPIs (calls, meetings, demo-to-win, pipeline value).
• Gather competitive intel and customer feedback and share with Product/Marketing.
• Maintain professional communication and high-quality customer engagements.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4 years experience in inside sales / sales development / business development (SaaS experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable on the phone and in video calls.
• Good CRM discipline experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling inbound leads.
• Results orientation: meets activity targets and follows processes consistently.
• Basic consultative selling ability — ask the right questions to uncover needs.
