Inside Sales Representative — Scalysis

About the role
Drive outbound sales for Scalysis's voice AI platform. Own the full top-of-funnel: calling, following up, and booking qualified meetings with D2C brand owners/founders.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to D2C brands (Shopify sellers) from provided lead lists
• Pitch Scalysis's voice AI use cases: COD confirmation, NDR follow-up, abandoned cart recovery, RTO reduction
• Follow up consistently on warm/interested leads until conversion or disqualification
• Book qualified demo/discovery calls on founder's calendar
• Log every call outcome, objection, and next step in CRM
• Hit weekly targets for calls made, meetings booked, and show-up rate

Requirements

• 1-3 years inside sales / telesales experience, ideally B2B or SaaS
• Comfortable with high call volume (50-100+ dials/day)
• Strong spoken English and Hindi; confident on cold calls
• Basic understanding of e-commerce/D2C business (or willingness to learn fast)
• Experience with any CRM (Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus

Compensation

• Base + commission on booked/converted meetings (structure TBD based on experience)

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
