Inside Sales Executive

Responsibilities of Insurance Sales Executive:-

• Lead Generation & Calling – Contact potential customers through provided leads, calls, and other channels.
• Customer Requirement Analysis – Understand the customer's age, family size, medical needs, budget, and coverage requirements.
• Product Explanation – Explain health insurance plans, coverage, premiums, benefits, exclusions, waiting periods, and policy terms.
• Sales & Conversion – Convert leads into customers by recommending suitable policies and closing sales.
• Quotation & Comparison – Share quotations and help customers compare different plans based on their requirements. Documentation – Collect and verify KYC, medical, and other required documents.
• Follow-ups – Regularly follow up with interested customers until the policy is successfully issued.
• Customer Support – Assist customers with policy-related queries, renewals, endorsements, and basic claim-related guidance.
• Achieve Targets – Meet monthly sales, revenue, conversion, and renewal targets.
• CRM Updates – Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

Requirements :-

• Graduation Required
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Insurance Sales
• Excellent communication skills required
