Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, build customer relationships, and support the sales team in promoting Color Sorting Machines across India. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers over phone and email, and have a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Generate and qualify sales leads from various sources.
• Explain product features, benefits, and applications to customers.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the field sales team.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM/Excel records.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal departments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide prompt support.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Confident and professional phone etiquette
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Work Details:

Location: Bannerghatta, Bangalore

Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
