Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven and highly organized Inside Sales Executive to manage our lead pipeline and serve as the critical first point of contact for property Buyers, Investors & Tenants. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound inquiries, conducting outbound follow-ups, and coordinating seamlessly with our site managers to schedule field property visits. The ideal candidate is aggressive on targets, meticulous with CRM data, and possesses strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Receive, evaluate, and qualify inbound buyer inquiries generated through property portals, the Happy Move website, and marketing campaigns.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain absolute accuracy in the CRM. Log all calls, update lead statuses in real-time, and track clients through the entire sales funnel.
• Field Coordination: Act as the operational bridge between the client and the field team. Schedule and coordinate property visits for the Site Managers without scheduling conflicts.
• Outbound Engagement: Execute outbound calling campaigns to re-engage cold leads and update clients on new inventory matching their requirements.
• Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily and weekly quotas for calls made, leads qualified, and site visits scheduled.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
