Inside Sales Executive

What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond to incoming leads via WhatsApp, email, Facebook, Instagram & website enquiries
• Engage customers professionally and build trust through strong communication
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs (measurements, location, product type, budget, timeline)
• Qualify leads and book site appointments for sales consultants
• Ensure response time is fast (within minutes, not hours)
• Follow up with warm leads and re-engage inactive enquiries
• Update CRM and maintain accurate lead records

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confident, friendly and persuasive communication style
• Fast response mindset (speed = money)
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, CRM systems & social media
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in curtains, blinds, renovation or home improvement is a bonus
