Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
• Conduct online product demonstrations and explain platform features.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Update sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 3 Years of Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, IT, SaaS, or Logistics experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
