Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :

• Engage with inbound leads via calls, emails, and demos to understand customer needs

• Qualify prospects and convert them into paying customers

• Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM • Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve conversion rates

• Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal team

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Inside sales (Travel Sales Experience preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ishanee Villas Tech Pvt. Ltd.

• Strong phone presence and confidence in virtual product demos

• Ability to understand customer pain points and propose solutions

• Familiarity with CRM tools

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
