Inside Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Flybi Technologies measures stockpiles, mines and industrial sites from the air - drone LiDAR, photogrammetry and airborne magnetics with audit-grade reports - for JSW Steel, BMM Ispat, KPCL and others. Our buyers are plant heads, purchase managers, stores and finance teams at steel, power, cement, mining and port companies. They do not answer cold emails. They answer a good phone call.

This role reports to the Head of Revenue.

What you will own:

1. The phone. 30-40 conversations a day with plant, purchase and finance contacts from our CRM lists and inbound enquiries, on a 3-touch cadence.

2. Qualification - does the site have stockpiles or mines to survey, when is the next stock audit, who signs, what went wrong last time.

3. Booking a 30-minute technical call for the Head of Revenue or the Business Development Manager. That is the sale you make.

4. Zoho CRM - every call logged, every lead with a status and a next-action date, inbound enquiries answered within one business hour.

What you will be measured on: qualified meetings booked per month, target 8; inbound response time under 1 hour in business hours; CRM hygiene, 100% of calls logged with a next action.

You are not a script reader. If you need a script to survive "send me an email", this is not the seat. This is not a BPO or consumer-calling role.

Location and hours: 3rd Floor, Bhushan Building, No. 57/58, Dr. Vishnuvardhan Road, Sunkalpalya, Kengeri, Bengaluru 560060 (nearest metro: Kengeri, Purple Line). Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Saturday is a full working day - not a half day, not alternate Saturdays. This role is 100% from our Kengeri office. There is no remote, hybrid or work-from-home option, now or later. Please do not apply if you need one.

Preferred candidate profile:

1-3 years of B2B inside sales or telecalling where the buyer was a company, not a consumer - industrial products, instruments, B2B software, industrial services, testing and inspection.

Fluent Hindi and English (our buyers are across India); Kannada is a plus.

You have held a five-minute conversation with a purchase manager who did not want to talk, and booked the meeting anyway.

You have used a CRM daily and kept it clean without being told.

How we hire: screening questions with your application, then a 15-minute phone call (we listen to how you speak more than what you say), then a 30-minute practical - one mock call with a purchase manager, one follow-up mail, one CRM exercise, then one interview with the Head of Revenue, then two references, then an offer within 48 hours. Every application is acknowledged within 24 hours.
