Property RM Inside Sales

Location: Bangalore | Work From Office (WFO) | 6-Day Work Week

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Property RM to handle customers who have enrolled through the Supply RM team and drive them towards successful property deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Handle customer calls, queries, objections, and follow-ups.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive property visits.
• Negotiate and convert opportunities into successful deals.
• Manage the customer journey from lead allocation to closure.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve sales & conversion targets.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
• Experience in Inside Sales, Real Estate, Property Sales, B2C Sales or Telesales preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills.
• Languages: English, Hindi & Regional Language.
