Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales. Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels. * Follow up with leads and prospective customers regularly. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions. * Prepare and share quotations with customers. * Convert qualified leads into successful sales. * Maintain customer and lead records. * Coordinate with the field sales and project teams. * Build good relationships with customers and provide timely responses. * Achieve assigned sales and conversion objectives. Requirements * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong convincing and negotiation skills. * Malayalam and English communication required. * Basic computer and MS Office knowledge. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. * Freshers are welcome to apply. * Experience in inside sales, telecalling, or solar industry will be an advantage.
