Inside Sales Coordinator

Location: Bhosari, Pune
Employment: Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with quotation preparation, customer communication, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share quotations based on customer requirements.
• Handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.
• Maintain customer and quotation records.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
• Assist the sales team with order processing and documentation.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Tally is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple quotations and follow-ups.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
• Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
