Inside Sales Executive

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own customer relationships and build long-term connections.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls to identify and create business opportunities.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right Delhivery solutions.
• Drive upselling & cross-selling across existing customers.
• Focus on customer retention, engagement & overall experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of customer queries.
• Work towards sales, revenue, retention & engagement targets.
• Keep track of leads, opportunities and customer information through CRM & sales tools.

Who Are We Looking For?

• 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / Account Management / Customer Success / Relationship Management.
• Freshers are welcome too! — if you have great communication skills and a genuine interest in sales.
• Strong verbal & written communication.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
• Good relationship-building and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and hungry to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace & CRM tools.
