Telecaller / Telesales Executive Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, and supporting the sales team in generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about our products and services.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Update customer and lead information accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Hindi and Malayalam are an advantage.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Basic computer and CRM/data-entry skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
